We are thrilled to announce that the Ottawa Capitals are offering our popular Mini-Caps Free Lax program once again this fall for boys and girls in Kindergarten through Grade 4!

This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to experience the excitement of lacrosse at no cost. No prior experience is required—just a helmet (hockey or lacrosse) and gloves. We will provide a limited number of sticks to lend out while supplies last.

The Mini-Caps Free Lax program will feature 6 one hour sessions spread across September and October. Please see the schedule in our calendar or listed below.
